What does a Virtual Assistant do?

I do anything and everything a regular PA/EA does – except take up valuable real estate! I specialise in traditional Personal and Executive assistant responsibilities and Project Management. I can either take ownership of specific areas to facilitate your focus elsewhere, or I can support you.

What are your operating hours?

As a general rule, I can be contacted between 7am – 7pm every day otherwise I work flexible hours!

Do you have package deals?

Yes. I tailor a package according to your business needs and provide you with a quote before any work is commenced.

How do you keep track of hours?

I use Clockify, which tracks times and creates invoices if needed. I also provide advanced notice if hours have not been used up within the agreed timeframe.

What are the benefits of engaging a Virtual Assistant?

You save time and money. No overhead costs and you only pay for the work you need done! This can be a retainer, or a contract – short or long term.

What if I have an emergency?

I get it. I have them myself. Call me and let’s talk.

What access or training do you need to start?

This can depend on your requirements. If you provide me with my own email, I can respond as your assistant. If you need me to use a specific program, then access to that program.

Our initial consultation should provide insight and cover all of your requirements.

How much time do I need for the first consultation?

I would suggest up to an hour. We need to have a holistic approach, discussing you, your team, your business and the wider sector and how I can help. It is time well-invested.
